Inter-Municipality Differences – State, Changes, Tendencies

Abstract

The study analyzes and evaluates the changes and differences in the following concrete directions in the development of the municipalities: financial state, social development, employment and unemployment, ecological state. Comparisons with previous periods are made. Analyzed and evaluated is the process of decentralization of the social services and recommendations for carrying out of policy of decentralization in this field are formulated.
