Abstract

The development, within the internal controls system, of a network-oriented operational risks’ control system has aimed to increase the quality of operational processes as a prerequisite for future cost reduction, through the integration and co-ordination of the three lines of defense framework. The results obtained have confirmed the benefits in both qualitative and economic terms
