Banking and Finance research in Italy: the road for a stronger relevance

Abstract

Banking and Finance studies and research are changing rapidly. A survey on scientific papers published in Bancaria’s Forum shows that the focus is also on crucial themes as Management Organization on one side, Regulation and Supervision on the other. The "real impact factor" of the discipline has to be defined and stimulated, in order to reinforce the relevance of research
