Abstract

The effects of the crisis and some megatrends in the global economic system have produced significant impacts on the relationship between intermediaries and markets on one hand and households and businesses, on the other. These circumstances require more flexibility and adaptability to an evolving context, enhancing the mutual benefits that can be achieved in the medium term by sharing a greater sense of social responsibility
