Abstract

Which are the actions that can be put in place, in order to manage a serious or irreversible corporate crisis? In Italy the debt restructuring plans have been modified in recent years and the new bankruptcy provisions have introduced market solutions beside the judicial ones. Essential condition for the success of a restructuring plan is an adequate and continuous cash flow generation
