A recent case-law on the matter of interest capitalization

Abstract

A recent ruling of the Supreme Court has established that the recovery proceeding started by an account holder, who alleges the nullity of amounts deducted by the bank as interest capitalization on a credit account, expires after ten years from the date on which the closing account balance was extinguished.
