Abstract

The competition between national, European and international legal systems pushes the market to the countries and areas not (or less) regulated, affecting the competitiveness of countries and economic systems. It is necessary to adopt legal, regulatory, executive and supervisory acts that can provide unique interpretations and applications in order to overcome the regulatory paradox that has been created in the European Union
