Space matrix of strategic position evaluation of electrotechnical enterprises

Abstract

position and Performance Assessment (SPACE) matrix is described for the electrical engineering enterprise. According to this model, the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise have been identified and empirical proposals for the improvement of the enterprise have been given. The article assesses the strategic position of electrical engineering enterprises. An analysis was carried out of the electrical enterprise, which produces insulated assembly cables "SPACE Matrix", legible cables, multi-core, legible copper transmission cables, ire-resistant halogen free cables, low voltage cables. One of the methods for assessing the strategy for increasing the competitiveness of electrical enterprises was carried out. According to this model, the financial stability of the enterprise, the competitive advantages of the enterprise, the stability of the external environment, the production capacity and potential of the enterprise were assessed.
