Study on the Aesthetic Value of Revolutionary Historical Commemorative Sculpture in Chinese Urban Environment

Abstract

The commemorative sculpture of revolutionary history has the function of recording and spreading, and is an important part of urban sculpture, and gradually comes into the public view. In recent years, it has played an irreplaceable role in the city center and the cultural square. This paper takes the Pingdingshan revolutionary history theme memorial sculpture as the research object, by combing the change of social ideology of different periods, summarizes the influence of the revolutionary history theme memorial sculpture and the role of modern urban environment, the positive effect of the revolutionary history theme of sculpture and sculpture, and the integration of modern urban environment, discusses the revolutionary history theme of sculpture and the overall trend and development direction of the urban environment.
