Abstract

Amid the rapid growth of port trade, China's port cities are continuously constructing new wharves, aiming to leverage the momentum of port trade to boost urban development and construction. However, given the complexity and technical nature of wharf civil engineering projects, effective management is crucial to achieve optimal results. Therefore, construction units should focus on technical management to ensure the creation of top-tier port facilities. This paper, using port wharf civil engineering projects as a case study, summarizes and analyzes key aspects of construction technology management, providing valuable insights for industry professionals.
