Abstract

With the maturation of big data technology, its applications have increasingly permeated daily life, driving transformative changes across China's industries and reshaping lifestyles and cognitive patterns. For most enterprises, leveraging big data technology can enhance operational efficiency and strategic positioning. This not only enables more precise strategy formulation but also reduces workloads while boosting productivity. This paper focuses on the collaborative innovation between big data technology and corporate strategic management. In the era of big data, businesses face unprecedented opportunities and challenges, making effective utilization of big data technology crucial for improving strategic management capabilities. Through a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this study explores the application of big data technology in various aspects of corporate strategic management. A theoretical model for collaborative innovation between big data technology and corporate strategic management has been constructed, with practical case studies and data analysis validating the effectiveness and significance of such collaboration. The findings demonstrate that the synergy between big data technology and corporate strategic management significantly enhances organizational competitiveness and performance metrics.
