Abstract

Environmental protection for major events, such as the Olympic Games, international expos, and global summits, imposes three strict requirements for oil and gas recovery: ultra-low emissions, all-weather supervision, and adaptation to extreme conditions. Traditional single-technology approaches can no longer meet these stringent demands. In this paper, the core technologies of condensation and adsorption are systematically evaluated, and a specialized technology system based on a multi-stage composite process of condensation and adsorption, supported by digital supervision, is established. Through continuous demonstration and scenario transformation, the feasibility and engineering value of carbon adsorption technology have been rigorously tested in the actual operational environment of the Beijing Changxindian oil depot. The volatilization loss rate of oil and gas during the oil turnover process has been significantly reduced compared to the natural state. Furthermore, the emission concentration is substantially lower than the national standard, successfully meeting the ultra-low emission requirements of major activities. Combined with the application practice across typical scenarios in gas stations and oil depots, this comprehensive system demonstrates substantial environmental, economic, and social benefits. Ultimately, these research results provide standardized technical solutions for air quality assurance during major events and offer a valuable reference for the future upgrading and scenario application of oil and gas recovery technologies.
