Abstract

Against the backdrop of the new economy, the global economic landscape is undergoing profound transformations. With accelerated technological innovation and industrial upgrading, market competition has intensified, making informatization a critical tool for enterprises to enhance management efficiency and market competitiveness. This paper explores optimization strategies for business management informatization in the new economic era. Through data analysis, it examines the current status and challenges of enterprise informatization, proposing targeted solutions. The study demonstrates that well-structured informatization initiatives can significantly boost management efficiency and competitiveness, providing robust support for sustainable development in the new economic environment.
