Abstract

This paper examines cost management in corporate financial operations, with a focus on its strategic significance, prevailing challenges, and corresponding mitigation strategies in the context of business development. Through a combination of theoretical analysis and illustrative case studies, the study identifies key components of cost management systems and summarizes effective managerial methodologies applicable to modern enterprises. By employing hypothetical data tables for cost structure and cost behavior analysis, the paper systematically explores cost control paths and optimization approaches. The findings provide theoretical foundations and practical references for improving cost management effectiveness, thereby enhancing corporate economic efficiency, operational sustainability, and overall market competitiveness.
