Research on the Human Resource Sharing Service Model of Small and Micro Enterprises under the Empowerment of Digital Technology

Abstract

In recent years, emerging digital technologies such as cloud computing and mobile internet have been deeply integrated into enterprise management practices, creating new opportunities for innovation in human resource management models. For small and micro enterprises in particular, establishing a digital human resource sharing platform makes it possible to preserve their inherent flexibility while improving overall operational efficiency through systematic resource integration. At the same time, such platforms provide practical and scalable solutions to persistent labor shortages and mismatches between talent supply and demand. This study focuses on a digital technology-enabled human resource sharing service model tailored to the needs of small and micro enterprises. By analyzing the current status of human resource management in these enterprises and examining relevant data, the paper explores both the opportunities and the challenges introduced by digital technologies. On this basis, a structured human resource sharing service model supported by digital tools is constructed, and its implementation effectiveness is evaluated through practical application. The results indicate that this model can significantly enhance the efficiency, coordination, and quality of human resource management activities while effectively reducing operational and labor-related costs, thereby offering a feasible pathway for small and micro enterprises to achieve sustainable and efficient development in a digitally driven environment.
