Abstract

In the context of intensifying market competition and accelerated digital transformation, traditional business management has revealed multiple shortcomings in areas such as business collaboration, resource allocation, risk control, and strategic implementation, making it increasingly inadequate for high-quality corporate development. Project management thinking, as a novel management model combining systematic, dynamic, and collaborative approaches, provides new insights and management tools for contemporary business transformation. This paper explores transformation strategies for business management based on project management thinking. Through data analysis, it elucidates the current challenges and issues in corporate management, thoroughly examines the application value of project management thinking in business transformation, and proposes specific strategies. The research findings indicate that adopting project management thinking helps enterprises enhance management efficiency, strengthen competitiveness, and achieve sustainable development.
