Abstract

The 21st century is not only an era of information explosion but also an era of talent. Human resources are crucial in hospital management and development, and enhancing their development and utilization plays a vital role in the sustainable growth of hospitals. This paper aims to explore the current state of hospital human resource management based on management psychology and propose corresponding strategies. Through data analysis, it reveals existing issues in hospital human resource management, such as low employee satisfaction and talent attrition. By integrating theories and methods from management psychology, targeted measures are proposed, including optimizing management strategies and improving employee psychological care, to provide theoretical support and practical references for enhancing hospital human resource management.
