Abstract

In the context of the rural revitalization strategy, the effective integration of administrative management and rural financial services is of crucial significance for promoting rural economic development, enhancing the effectiveness of policy implementation, and optimizing the allocation of financial resources. At present, there is a certain degree of disconnection between the current operation of administrative management in rural areas and the existing model of rural financial services, which restricts the all-round development of rural areas. Therefore, exploring innovative paths for the integration of administrative management and rural financial services has become the key to promoting rural revitalization. This paper aims to analyze the necessity of the integration of administrative management and rural financial services, dissect the obstacles faced in the integration process, such as the lack of sound institutional mechanisms, information asymmetry, and shortage of professional talents, and propose innovative paths such as digital technology facilitating information sharing, innovative ways of combining financial products with administrative services, and strengthening talent cultivation and cooperation. At the same time, through case studies, we summarize successful experiences, look forward to the future of innovative integration models, and propose new challenges, potential opportunities and forward-looking suggestions that may be faced, with the aim of providing useful references for rural revitalization.
