Abstract

In the current wave of technological innovation, the art dissemination industry is experiencing profound and multifaceted structural transformation. The integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning into art creation is reshaping traditional creative techniques while simultaneously generating entirely new approaches for the presentation, dissemination, and exhibition of art. This paper explores the convergence of artificial intelligence technology with art communication, with particular focus on the transformation of policy coordination and management mechanisms in this field. It examines the cross-departmental coordination of policies, the establishment of integrated platforms combining art and technology, and the advancement of policy transparency and information sharing to enhance operational efficiency. Moreover, the study investigates the roles of digital displays, virtual exhibitions, and intelligent decision support systems in facilitating a more dynamic and interactive art experience. Through targeted transformation strategies, the research highlights how data-driven analysis and technological integration can optimize both the creation and dissemination processes, ultimately fostering an intelligent, globally connected ecosystem for art communication. The findings suggest that achieving such a sophisticated and adaptive art dissemination environment relies not only on the deployment of advanced technologies but also on the innovation of management practices and the collaboration of policies across multiple administrative and cultural domains. This comprehensive approach enables the art sector to embrace digital transformation while maintaining sustainable development, ensuring that both creators and audiences benefit from enhanced accessibility, engagement, and cultural impact.
