Abstract

With the rapid development of creative media technology, the communication ecosystem of independent films is undergoing profound changes. This paper focuses on the communication breakthrough path of independent films in this context. Through a systematic analysis of short-video promotion strategies, revenge-sharing models, and niche circle communication strategies, it aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for independent films to break through traditional communication barriers and enhance market influence. The study first examines the transformative power of creative media technology and the opportunities and challenges it brings to independent films, and then delves into the convergence points of short video platforms and the promotional needs of independent films, creative means, and the problems and solutions faced; Explore the impact of different platform revenue-sharing rules on independent films, ways to optimize revenue-sharing models to encourage their development, as well as the problems and countermeasures of revenue-sharing models; Analyze the ways to precisely target audience groups and trigger word-of-mouth in niche circles, as well as the limitations and ways to break through. Finally, look forward to the impact of the development of creative media technology on the communication strategies of independent films and the future evolution direction, with the aim of contributing ideas for the sustainable development of independent films in the new media environment.
