Abstract

Improving the quality of talent cultivation has become the core task of the connotation development of vocational colleges, and the teaching diagnosis and improvement (hereafter referred to as "TDI") work is the key internal mechanism to achieve this goal. This article aims to explore how to construct a diagnosis and reform practice system guided by continuous quality improvement. The study analyzed the main challenges faced by current TDI reform work in terms of concepts, standards, data, and culture, and proposed a systematic response strategy from consciousness awakening to cultural cultivation. These strategies work together to form a management loop from goal setting, dynamic monitoring to spiral improvement, providing a feasible logical framework and practical path for vocational colleges to activate their endogenous quality assurance capabilities.
