Abstract

This paper presents the design and implementation of an intelligent water quality monitoring system based on the STM32F103 single-chip microcomputer. The system integrates multiple water resource index sensors to comprehensively monitor environmental parameters, including water level, pH, and total dissolved solids (TDS), of the targeted water bodies. By providing continuous, real-time monitoring, the system enables the timely detection and resolution of potential water quality issues, thereby supporting the safe and sustainable management of water resources. The monitoring data can be fully visualized, allowing operators to assess the condition of water resources from multiple dimensions. Furthermore, the system incorporates a wireless communication module to achieve stable and efficient remote data transmission, facilitating real-time monitoring and control through a mobile client. This design enhances human-computer interaction, improves operational efficiency, and elevates the overall intelligence of water quality monitoring systems. The proposed approach offers a practical and scalable solution for the automated management of water environments, providing critical support for environmental protection and resource sustainability initiatives.
