The Era of Digital and Intelligent Transformation: A Study on Corporate Property Rights Management Based on Bibliometrics

Against the backdrop of the dynamic advancements in digitalization and intelligent transformation, the domain of corporate property rights management encounters unprecedented complexities alongside promising opportunities. Utilizing bibliometric methodologies, this study systematically examines and integrates the academic discourse and developmental trajectory associated with the management of corporate property rights. Sourced from the Web of Science Core Collection, a dataset of 675 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2024 was systematically compiled and subjected to comprehensive bibliometric analysis utilizing VOS viewer. This analytical approach sheds light on critical research priorities, highlights prominent scholars and leading institutions, and delineates transnational collaborative networks. Among the findings, blockchain technology is identified as a cornerstone for ensuring the integrity of property rights and enhancing trust mechanisms within the field. For example, IBM's blockchain platform demonstrates the capacity of smart contracts to optimize intellectual property transactions, thereby highlighting the critical role of blockchain technology in enhancing security and fostering trust. Furthermore, concepts such as the circular economy and green innovation illustrate the alignment of property rights management with sustainability-driven goals. The dynamic relationship between policy development and managerial practices suggests that digital solutions can significantly improve transparency in the allocation of property rights. These findings not only delineate the theoretical dimensions of property rights management scholarship but also equip enterprises with practical frameworks to effectively address digital transformation challenges while maintaining the integrity and efficacy of property rights.
