Abstract

This study investigates the mechanisms through which psychological capital influences employee innovation performance in organizations. By integrating theoretical analysis with empirical research, it reveals the intrinsic connections between various dimensions of psychological capital and employee innovation outcomes. The findings demonstrate that psychological capital exerts a significant positive influence on organizational innovation performance, mediated and moderated by specific mechanisms. These insights offer both theoretical foundations and practical guidance for enterprises to enhance their employees' innovation capabilities.
