Abstract

This study focuses on inventory management challenges in the supply chain environment for biopharmaceutical enterprises. By combining theoretical analysis with empirical research, it examines current practices and existing issues in inventory management within the biopharmaceutical sector. Through data-driven analysis of real-world scenarios, the study identifies key factors influencing inventory control. Building on these findings, a series of innovative optimization strategies are proposed to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen competitiveness in the supply chain ecosystem.
