Arderea profesională la medicii de profil chirurgical

Abstract

Sindromul arderii profesionale (burnout) afectează tot mai frecvent cadrele medicale, în special pe cei din domeniul chirurgical, din cauza expunerii constante la stres ocupațional intens și responsabilitate majoră. Scopul prezentului studiu este evaluarea sindromului arderii profesionale la medicii de profil chirurgical și evaluarea factorilor predictivi pentru elaborarea recomandărilor privind prevenirea instalării sindromului Burnout în rândurile medicilor de profil chirurgical. Studiul a fost realizat pe un eșantion de 235 de chirurgi din Republica Moldova. A fost aplicat un chestionar bazat pe Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), cu evaluarea celor trei dimensiuni ale sindromului: epuizare emoțională, depersonalizare și realizare personală redusă. Rezultatele indică o prevalență semnificativă a burnout-ului, în special în rândul medicilor tineri și al celor cu un volum mare de muncă. S-au identificat corelații între gradul de epuizare și lipsa suportului instituțional. Studiul oferă recomandări practice pentru reducerea riscului de burnout și promovarea bunăstării psihologice în rândul chirurgilor.
