Profilul și geometria contactului dinților conjugați din angrenările precesionale

Abstract

Lucrarea prezintă cercetări asupra transmisiei precesionale 2K-H, caracterizată printr-o angrenare dințată cu dinți drepți în contact convex-concav. Studiul urmărește dezvoltarea constructivă, fiind ana-lizate în detaliu aspectele geometrice și cinematice ale angrenării. Sunt investigate influențele parame-trilor principali, precum unghiul de nutație θ, unghiul axoidei conice δ, unghiul conicității dinților β și raportul dintre numărul de dinți Z₁=Z₂±1, asupra formei profilurilor dinților, unghiului de presiune αωși distribuției punctelor de contact. Este ilustrată dezvoltarea geometriei contactului dinților. De ase-menea, se propune utilizarea profilurilor aproximative pentru roțile centrale. Rezultatele sunt susținute prin profilograme și simulări, fiind de interes pentru proiectarea transmisiilor precesionale compacte și fiabile în aplicații tehnice moderne.
