Capacitatea indicatoare a bacilariofitelor (filumul bacillariophyta) din cursul inferior al râului Nistru de pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova

Abstract

Scopul lucrării este evaluarea capacității indicatoare a algelor planctonice bacilariofite şi utilizarea lor în aprecierea stării ecologice a bazinelor acvatice. Pentru realizarea scopului au fost identificate obiectivele: elaborarea spectrului indicator al algelor bacilariofite din cursul inferior al fluviului Nistru; analiza spectrului indicator al algelor bacilariofite – indicatoare ale pH-lui şi salinităţii mediului, [C]N-heterotrofie, a oxigenării, saprobităţii şi troficităţii apei. Speciile au fost determinate prin utilizarea cheilor existente și microscopierea la microscopul Ergaval. Spectrul indicator al algelor bacilariofite identificate a fost elaborat în baza indicilor Van Dam 1994. Rezultatele analizei spectrului indicator al pH-lui indică predominarea speciilor alcalifile (15). Spectrul salinităţii apei este predominat de intervalul dulcicol-salmastricol (17 specii), spectrul troficităţii – de speciile eutrofe (14). Spectrul saprobităţii este reprezentat preponderent de speciile beta-mezosaprobe (15 specii), ceea ce indică un grad mediu de poluare organică a apelor râului în sectorul studiat.
