Abstract

Articolul analizează aspectele legate de conflictul juridic de natură constituțională, care a condus la dualitatea puterii de stat, în acest sens fiind examinată realitatea constituțională din iunie 2019, și anume: posibilitatea dizolvării Parlamentului; suspendarea temporară a Președintelui; calcularea termenului-limită de dizolvare a Parlamentului etc.
