Evoluția lanțului valoric horticol în Republica Moldova: de la moștenirea sovietică la integrarea în piața globală

Abstract

Cercetarea se focalizează pe evaluarea impactului reformelor economice asupra lanțului valoric agricol din Republica Moldova, punând un accent deosebit pe sectorul horticol. Metodologia adoptată include analiza documentară și evaluarea statistică a evoluției producției și exporturilor, oferind o perspectivă detaliată asupra efectelor tranziției către economia de piață asupra acestui sector. Studiul evidențiază că procesul de tranziție a dus la fragmentarea considerabilă a terenurilor agricole, la pierderea piețelor externe tradiționale și stagnarea producției horticole. Totuși, sectorul horticol a traversat un proces gradual de adaptare, marcat de implementarea unor tehnologii avansate, modernizarea infrastructurii post-recoltare și diversificarea piețelor de export. În ceea ce privește productivitatea, principalele specii pomicole, precum merele, cireșele și prunele, au înregistrat creșteri semnificative, sprijinite de utilizarea sistemelor superintensive. Concluziile cercetării subliniază importanța unor investiții constante în modernizarea tehnologică, extinderea infrastructurii logistice și integrarea soluțiilor energetice alternative, pentru consolidarea competitivității sectorului horticol pe termen lung.
