Combaterea flagelului antisocial de activitate a mercenarilor – studiu de caz. Partea I

Abstract

Activitatea mercenarilor este o faptă periculoasă ce face parte din categoria infracțiunilor de război. În pofida faptului că această infracțiune este una de tip nou întâlnită în realitatea obiectivă, se constată totuşi că tot mai mulți cetățeni ai Republicii Moldova devin subiecți ai acestei fărădelegi. Din acest considerent, în studiul de față ne propunem să analizăm informația, cu respectarea datelor cu caracter personal, din unele cazuri reale de practicare a activității mercenarilor, publicată în mediul online.
