Salariul minim – tendințe și realități

Abstract

În articolul de față este abordată problematica salariului minim în Republica Moldova în legătură cu recentele modificări ale unor acte normative. Deși primele reglementări privind salariul minim datează cu anul 1991, ceea ce s-a făcut în acest domeniu nu este suficient. Se impune de a perfecționa cadrul legal existent astfel încât acesta să fie în concordanță cu Convenția nr. 131/1970 privind fixarea salariilor minime, în special în ce privește țările în curs de dezvoltare, a Organizației Internaționale a Muncii (OIM) și Convenția OIM nr. 99 privind procedura de stabilire a salariului minim în agricultură. Autorul înaintează propuneri concrete privind îmbunătățirea cadrului legislativ în domeniu.
