Tendinţe și provocări ale sistemului proprietăţii intelectuale în economia digitală

Abstract

În contextul evoluţiei economiei globale și a metamorfozei raporturilor juridice și economice, caracterizată prin virtualizarea relaţiilor și digitalizarea conţinutului acestora, se atestă o continuă intensificare a atenţiei acordate de liderii mediului de afaceri, dar și de factorii de decizie, domeniului proprietăţii intelectuale. Această atenţie se datorează în particular faptului că pentru industriile moderne proprietatea intelectuală este un generator de valoare-cheie și un factor de succes pe pieţele competitive. Gradul de pregătire a sistemului de proprietate intelectuală de a răspunde evoluţiilor economiei, constrângerile, dar și tendinţele în dezvoltarea sistemului proprietăţii intelectuale în contextul celei de-a patra revoluţii industriale, constituie obiectul de studiu al prezentei cercetări.
