Existenţa sau inexistenţa proprietăţii intelectuale raportat la ecusoanele mercenarilor din Estul Ucrainei

Abstract

Teritoriul de Est al statului vecin Ucraina este supus în prezent unor lupte crâncene, de grea încercare. A luat amploare un fenomen nedorit care lasă urme cutremurătoare. Cu regret, în cadrul acestui flagel participă şi unele persoane terţe, adică mercenarii ce poartă uniforme. Aspectul exterior al mercenarilor este scos în evidenţă prin intermediul ecusoanelor, care demonstrează apartenenţa acestora la o categorie anumită de persoane. În context, ne propunem să elucidăm aspectul şi conţinutul ecusoanelor mercenarilor raportat la gradul de protecţie intelectuală, în special să vedem dacă acesta există.
