Sistem pentru deshidratarea seminţelor cu eficienţă înaltă

Abstract

Acest articol este consacrat estimării eficienţei deshidratării seminţelor în strat suspendat. Pentru abordarea acestei probleme, a fost elaborat un sistem de deshidratare, în baza căruia au fost realizate cercetările. În calitate de agent de tratare, au fost utilizate convecţia și microundele. Astfel, rezultatele obţinute pe exemplul uscării seminţelor de struguri au demonstrat că, deshidratarea în strat suspen-dat asigură creșterea vitezei procesului și reduce timpul de uscare. Mai mult ca atât, sistemul elaborat permite reducerea consumului de energie și creșterea calităţii seminţelor de struguri, pentru utilizarea ulterioară în industria alimentară, medicină, cosmetologie, farmaceutică etc.
