Respectarea principiilor statului de drept în Republica Moldova

Abstract

În prezenta lucrare, ne propunem ca obiectiv analiza modalității de adaptare a principiilor statului de drept situației din Republica Moldova, precum și consacrării, respectării şi implementării lor în practică. Această cercetare dă definiția principiilor statului de drept, pe care le reprezintă ca fiind acele înce-puturi, idei fundamentale care stau la baza concepției statului de drept, tratează modul în care exigențele statului de drept şi-au găsit realizare şi în ce măsură astfel de principii ca: democratismul, pluralismul politic, respectarea drepturilor şi libertăților fundamentale, existența unor mecanisme specifice de garantare a acestora, separarea şi colaborarea ramurilor puterii, legalitatea, accesul liber la justiție, precum şi alte principii au devenit baza sistemului politic al Republicii Moldova.
