Protecția juridică a drepturilor conexe

Abstract

Drepturile conexe sunt esențiale pentru creativitatea umană prin încurajarea creatorilor sub forma unei recunoaşteri morale şi a unei remunerații echitabile. Apărarea acestor drepturi se exercită printr-o serie de mijoace juridice, reglementarea drepturilor conexe constituind un pas important în crearea cadrului legislativ necesar apărării acestor drepturi. Instrumentele naționale și internaționale în acest sens au ca scop protecția, dezvoltarea liberă a creațiilor culturale și prevenirea unor abuzuri față de drepturile de autor și drepturile conexe.
