Directiva INSPIRE și Infrastructura Națională de Date Spațiale (INDS) a Republicii Moldova

Abstract

La nivel national, Republica Moldova din 2016 a depus și continua să depună eforturile necesare întru im-plementarea Legii 254/2016 cu privire la infrastruc-tura națională de date spațiale prin elaborarea și aplicarea a 6 hotărâri ale Guvernului. În urma efortului depus, a fost atins un progres vizibil în ceea ce privește realizarea cerințelor privind partajarea datelor spațiale la diferite niveluri. Drept rezultat, entitățile publice, terții și societatea în general au avut de câștigat, utilizând datele spațiale direct de la producătorul de date.
