Sistemul standardelor internaţionale de drept din domeniul luptei împotriva corupţiei

Abstract

Lupta împotriva criminalităţii şi corupţiei presupune măsuri concertate deopotrivă de prevenire şi de constrângere prin aplicarea de sancţiuni penale. Nimeni n-a găsit încă o soluţie cu eficacitate garantată pentru reducerea şi, în cele din urmă, eliminarea criminalităţii din viaţa societăţii. Eforturile deosebite ale comunităţilor internaţionale în acest sens trebuie să fie susţinute de statele din întreaga lume prin intensificarea cooperării în vederea asigurării funcţionării instrumentelor de drept internaţional, care sunt esenţiale în lupta împotriva corupţiei.
