Protecţia dublă a obiectelor de proprietate intelectuală – marcă și desen/ model industrial

Abstract

Interferenţa dintre mai multe obiecte de proprietate intelectuală – mărci, invenţii, desene și modele industriale, indicaţii geografice și denumiri de origine ale produselor, oferă solicitanţilor posibilitatea de a beneficia de protecţii duble sau uneori chiar și triple. Cumularea de protecţii este o practică des întâlnită în diferite ţări. În Republica Moldova avem obiecte protejate prin marcă și design industrial, aspect la care se referă autorii materialului.
