Impactul inteligenţei artificiale asupra sistemului de brevetare

Abstract

Inteligenţa artificială este un sistem care imită inteligenţa umană. Inteligenţa artificială este unică în felul ei, deoarece dispune de capacitatea de a învăţa cum să utilizeze informaţiile care i se oferă de către o fiinţă umană, dintr-un domeniu anumit, și de a îmbunătăţi domeniul menţionat utilizând informaţiile puse la dispoziţie fără intervenţia omului sau, mai exact, cu intervenţia umană minimă. Inteligenţa artificială se manifestă prin faptul că aceasta poate genera în mod autonom invenţia, demonstrând o dezvoltare rapidă, capabilă să cuprindă toate domeniile știinţei, inclusiv invenţiile. Prin urmare, sistemul de brevetare nu poate ignora acest fenomen, fapt ce conduce la nevoia de a introduce modificări în legi, regulamente și ghiduri privind invenţiile. Aceste modificări ar putea fi introduse în partea referitoare la brevetabilitate, care cuprinde și menţiunile privind invenţiile asistate de un program de calculator/calculator.
