Publicitatea prin prisma drepturilor de autor și conexe

Abstract

Publicitatea este utilizată, cel mai des, pentru a promova ceva, pentru a prezenta o informaţie, un mesaj sub orice formă cu scopul final de a obţine un avantaj: fie venit, fie renume. Publicitatea înseamnă mult mai mult decât o simplă imagine sau un slogan, consumatorul fiind mai degrabă un spectator al unor adevărate opere care atrag prin creativitate, talent, abilităţi artistice etc. Din aceste considerente, autorul prezentului material supune analizei, inclusiv prin prisma cadrului legal, legătura dintre publicitate și dreptul de autor.
