Ce este proprietatea intelectuală?

Abstract

Trăim în perioada în care nu este conștientizată pe deplin importanţa proprietatăţii intelectuale. Din această cauză proprietatea intelectuală nu este utilizată efectiv în mediul de afaceri ca generator de pro-fi turi. Trecerea la economia de piaţă a contribuit la reorientarea politicilor statului și a cadrului norma-tiv către standardele internaţionale în domeniul afacerilor. Acestei transformări însă nu a fost su-pusă și mentalitatea persoanelor implicate în do-meniul dat. În mare parte, producătorii continuă să activeze sub imperiul principiilor vechi de dez-voltare a afacerilor, caracterizate prin monopol, defi cit și lipsa segmentului concurenţial. Anume în asemenea condiţii lupta pentru un loc pe piaţă și pentru atragerea consumatorilor îi determină pe aceștia să se dedea la fapte de înșelăciune. Puţini dintre ei stăpânesc instrumentele legale ale luptei concurenţiale, fapt ce diminuează rolul proprietăţii intelectuale în soluţionarea acestor probleme.
