Abstract

Definirea noţiunii măsurilor speciale de investigaţie este una dintre cele mai discutate probleme ale activităţii speciale de investigaţie şi care stă la baza întregului sistem de reglementări juridice, menite să realizeze anumite sarcini concrete legate de combaterea criminalităţii şi asigurarea ordinii de drept. În articol este abordat sub aspect istoric conceptul măsurilor speciale de investigaţie şi analizate definiţiile expuse în literatura de specialitate cu referire la acelaşi subiect. În baza cercetărilor efectuate, autorii propun propria definiţie a măsurilor speciale de investigaţie.
