Clasificarea snacks-urilor de fructe în baza studiului diversităţii lor pe piaţa mondială

Abstract

Studiul de faţă prezintă o imagine în ansamblu a situaţiei din sectorul de snacks-uri, în special snacks-uri de fructe, care cuprinde mai multe aspecte: istoria apariţiei și evoluţia, tendinţele actuale pe piaţa mondială și în Republica Moldova, diversitatea sortimentală și funcţionalitatea. În urma analizei, pentru prima oară a fost efectuată clasificarea sortimentului de snacks-uri de fructe, de perspectivă pentru industria Republicii Moldova. Au fost evidenţiate 5 grupe principale de snacks-uri de fructe. Pentru fiecare grupă a fost stabilită subclasificarea sortimentului, în funcţie de compoziţie și tehnologia de producere.
