Postările pe reţelele de socializare prin prisma dreptului de autor

Abstract

Unul dintre cele mai răspândite moduri de reproducere a creaţiilor sunt postările utilizatorilor pe reţelele de socializare, care sunt utilizate, cel mai des, ca instrumente de promovare și de răspândire a informaţiilor, facilitând interacţiunea dintre diverse categorii de utilizatori. Autorul indică asupra drepturilor acestor utilizatori, postările cărora sunt diverse și pot include atât preluări de texte, fișiere video, înregistrări, imagini, fotografii, precum și creaţii proprii, dar și asupra obligativităţii utilizatorilor reţelelor de socializare de a posta și distribui doar conţinut care nu încalcă drepturile de proprietate intelectuală ale altei persoane.
