Sinteza orientată a polizaharidelor acide la Spirulina platensis la cultivare în prezenţa unor compuşi coordinativi ai Cu(II)

Abstract

Studiul sintezei exopolizaharidelor acide, inclusiv, sulfatate la cultivarea cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis în prezenţa unor compuşi coordinativi ai Cu(II) în diferite regimuri de iluminare. Odată cu majorarea concentraţiilor compuşilor are loc creşterea concomitentă a conţinutului de EPZ acide până la 66,62 mg/L şi a celor sulfatate până la 45,36 mg/L, ceea ce constituie o majorare de cca 2 ori mai mare faţă de proba de referinţă.
