Abstract

The proposed lift includes only two functional elements - a drum with an electric motor and a flexible member. The lifting-lowering speed and motion control is performed with one hand of the operator with an effort of up to 10 Newton. The power transmission ratio depends mainly on the number of turns on the drum. And the weight of the lifted load exceeds the force on the handle tens and hundreds of times. Simple calculation formulas presented above are used in the elaboration of the proposed lift. Accordingly, the system does not need a long-term development.
