Riscurile de personal în managementul organizaţiei

Abstract

Prezentul articol abordează un subiect important și actual ce ţine de domeniul larg al managementului organizaţiei – riscurile de personal. Este o direcţie relativ nouă atât în teoria, cât și în practica organizaţiilor. Sunt prezentate în evoluţie istorică diverse abordări ale riscurilor, în general. Un loc aparte le revine cercetării conceptului de risc al personalului, definirii, evidenţierii conţinutului, clasifi cării acestuia.
