Mecanisme de încurajare a inovaţiilor și transferului tehnologic

Abstract

Dezvoltarea economică a Republicii Moldova este imposibilă fără aportul nemijlocit al tuturor forţelor din domeniul cercetării și inovării astfel încât această dezvoltare să fie bazată pe cunoaștere, pe investiţiile de succes. În ultima perioadă, transferurile economice și inovaţiile în Republica Moldova devin din ce în ce mai numeroase. Încurajarea inovaţiilor și a transferului tehnologic reprezintă o treaptă - cheie în dezvoltarea economiei naţionale. Sistemul inovaţional este unul complicat, iar pentru a crea o economie inovaţională eficientă, aseasta trebuie să fi e funcţională, inclusiv prin participarea sectorului privat, căruia trebuie să-i fie furnizate stimulente suficient de puternice.
